      They hire too many managers who are not experts.

      Pros

      Even if you are not qualified for your current job, there's a good chance you'll get promoted for the next one. Unless you're over the age of 50.

      Cons

      Too many managers not enough experts. Tend to hire "skirts" instead of "shirts". If you're over 50, they'll find a way to "eliminate" your position.

      Pros

      For the most part the team is great to work with. They are helpful and always ready to lend their knowledge to work through a problem. Even before Covid-19 the ability to work from home is a great benefit.

      Cons

      Being sorely under staffed means working 10+ hours daily and sometimes on Saturdays and still you fall behind with your work. The supervisor although willing to cross train on multiple areas of the department has unfortunately shown that she is unwilling to help you grow out of the department and into a new position to expand your role in the company.

      The PTO hours was amazing

      Cons

      Horrible bosses. They let the bosses take control and they hire bullies to become those bosses. You can NEVER advance. With over 10 years experience they would not advance to the next step. They are ALL about “friendships” DO NOT WORK HERE
