Bonus is good and some colleagues are nice
Cons
1. Managers don't know anything, and they try to micromanage you without any knowledge of works. 2. Text you or call you during your day off or Interrupt your lunch break because managers are incapable to do anything 3. NO HR, The HR could be your department manager (as they rotate the departments for managers to gain experience) 4. Use punch card and can't be late for 1 mins 5. Gaslighting and negative vibe of management (some would even cursed) 6. My manager couldn't even speak english 7. Taiwanese work culture, doesn't respect employees 8. full time on-site
