      Pros

      Great environment and people are what make the company. Company always tries to do things to make work fun. Best work environment I've ever experienced management has great vision for the company and how to get there. Flexible when it comes to work schedule. Good benefits.

      Cons

      Pay is decent but needs to be more competitive. Annual raises barely cover cost of living increases. Limited options for advancement.. You wont know what you will make unless you actually are offered the job and once you move into a position there is a waiting period before you can move to another position.

      Great company with quality employees decent pay for part-time teller great profit-sharing/retirement set up

      Cons

      hard to move up in the company pay is static, lower than most in the better roles old-school mentality of suits everyday even in 105 degree TX weather

      Pros

      The internal community is great. The bank does a lot to provide a great environment for employees and is also active in the community itself. I'm only part time but they do a good job of promotions and rewarding employees for hard work. The company is expanding greatly and it's definitely wonderful.

      Cons

      I can't think of anything besides parking, but they're adding more.
