Could be better, things got worse over time
Pros
Good people at your immediate side. Paid training, individuality allowed to be expressed in dress and desk decor. Diverse employees with internal support groups for women and minorities. Actually decently competitive pay. Opportunities for advancement to other internal departments. Tuition reimbursement offered.
Cons
Used to be focused on customers and employees but have lost sight recently of caring for their entire community. Very poor healthcare options and don't care for employee health as much as bodies in seats. Disappointing COVID-19 response. Not very diverse management. Tend to punish everyone for issues rather than address problems with individuals. A lot of values are claimed but not actually practiced. Huge favoritism issues when it comes to disciplinary action and advancement. PTO and sick time offerings are not competitive.
