Overall good place to work. However we just bought Capital Bank an this will change everything I am afraid to say.

Pros

Good work environment with overall good good leaders an benefits. Clients respect and like the bank an employees. Executive management appears to care.

Cons

Purchase of Capital Bank in North Carolina appears to be a major downside. Have met one or two of the new local managers who will now have all control in North Carolina an it is very apparent they are not the quality or experience of FTB or other managers we see from our previous employers. Sad for our bank and employees.

Many branches throughout Tennessee and a steady customer base to work with.

Cons

Old antiquate systems are used. The pay is horrible. I can not say enough to keep you from wasting your talents with this company. There are so many better options. My best advice is just to explore you options.
