They are very understanding about emergency situations. Anytime my child was sick, they were OK with me leaving to get him or missing work. The people I worked with were GREAT people!

Cons

The pay is too low. It's hard to survive on the pay if you have a family.

Way too much work and stress for the pay promotions go to people from outside the company raises 1-3%
