I am writing to express serious concerns regarding my manager's behavior in the Records division and the overall management practices within the department. The manager in question has consistently demonstrated unprofessional behavior, frequently causing significant emotional distress to me and its team members. Employees are being forced to wear earbuds during work hours, and the manager often turns off his camera, eats during calls, and displays a lack of engagement and respect. Additionally, he rarely responds to emails and is frequently unavailable, making it difficult to get necessary guidance and support. Moreover, I have encountered challenges with the HR department, as the representatives have not been responsive despite multiple attempts to reach out. Furthermore, the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) imposes unreasonable demands, often expecting employees to work excessively long hours. Additionally, the Head of Operations never gets back to people and there have been discrepancies between the promised and actual salaries. These issues are severely impacting the team's morale and productivity. I hope that these concerns can be addressed promptly to improve the work environment for everyone involved. Trust me, after a few weeks, if you dont act like their tool, they will get rid of you. Seek another role.
