Great company to work for. I've been with the company for a long time and have nothing bad to say. Friendly atmosphere.

Pros

-Generally speaking they treat you very well. Most of management is easy to get along with. -Staff members are personable and easy to work with (no drama) -Company is actively seeking ways to provide opportunities for staff -FIRST LEGAL UNIVERSITY!! Certificate training programs are great. -They really try to stick to and enforce their core values as well as reward/recognize people for following them. -Actively participates in volunteer opportunities as a company.

Cons

-A bit disorganized, company could use an actual administrative manager and a full HR organization. -Still has a bit of a mom & pop mentality when it comes to certain aspects. This is pretty industry standard though. -No Direct Deposit or 401K

Cons

There isn't anything I'd change. Everyone is lovely and open to helping you personally and professionally. It's a truly amazing place to be.
