FL has a great culture and family feel. They understand life happens and people matter so they’re very accommodating and forgiving. Where most places don’t look at employee hardships and situations with a humanistic outlook that is where FL shines. FL has a history of believing in their people and maximizing their strengths. I work with people who started out as a bike messenger and are now running their departments. We also have very fun happy hours!

I have worked for the company for more then two years and I have seen managers and employees come and go. In the last year customer service department has hired a new manager kathy s. she seems to be the only person that cares about the employees, clients and the company at times she can be direct but I think its a good thing. We also have a new order entry manager denise c. and she seems to also care but I think she is still learning but I guess we all do right? With the hiring of the new managers I see that there has been a change within the customer service department in a positive way. Sitting with my coworkers I see some of them complain about management but in my opinion if I do what im supposed to do every day the local manager pretty much leave you alone.
