Pros

Easy commute Easy data entry duties Casual dress code

Cons

Higher ups will block you from success or earned promotion due to competition. They do not care about your career goals. Employees working after 2 years are prone to anxiety and depression. Unhealthy morale amongst employees, lacking professionalism. There is a segregated group that has more power over the other group. Toxic work environment.

Pros

Casual dress code. Minimal oversight from management. Team environment that feels like family. Lots of opportunity for advancement or transfers to other departments. Locations all over the southwest United States.

Cons

All divisions are not always on the same page. Very little or no background checks are done on incoming employees which have led to terrible hires. Benefits are poor compared to other companies.

Pros

A lot of downtime, which is not a good thing

Cons

Let me see, I was there for 10 years and got a total of a $2.25 raise in that time. Insurance is trash, work environment is trash.
