Poor Customer Service and Management

Pros

If you are the type of person that doesn't care about the client, this is the perfect place for you. Although they have expectations of employees as far as numbers go, they don't care about the client being happy.

Cons

Employees opinions do not matter. Management is terrible and allows individuals to continue to perform poorly without any real consequence, which is unfair to those that actually care.

Pros

Management generally seems to care for their employees. Opportunity for advancement if you work hard. Laid back, family atmosphere. Job security. The company invests in technology and has made huge improvements in the past 10 years. They are constantly trying get an edge up on the competition.

Cons

Nepotism with lack of accountability for certain “special” employees. Getting a pay raise requires approval from two people and it will almost never be offered to you.
