Pros

People are consistently quiting so job advancement is a real possibility. Locations throughout the state. Executive team is very strong.

Cons

Culture is really off there. No excitement and you operate in constant fear of discipline. Bank is not committed to helping employees find solutions for customers even at the expense of damaging great relationships. When you are able to be successful praise is hard to come by and pay is even harder.

I loved the customers. The customers is what makes the job enjoyable.The hours were okay, the pay okay, the area is nice.

Cons

Upper management at the Noblesville's branch was awful. Most employees left within a couple of months. Hardcore sales expectations, with petty writeups. Not honest management.

The credit team is phenomenal. Wonderful work environment and encouragement. The credit managers have their employees best interests at heart.

Cons

The company did not often promote from within. Communication from HR was inconsistent and compensation was lower than what competitors offered.
