The specific team I work with is great. We are paid well, especially for this area.

Cons

The company is still lost in the woods. While shifting from a smaller community bank to a larger one, the middle managers seem to be unable to get ideas and goals back and forth between the front lines and the EVP or C-Suite positions. This leaves a lot of confusion and problems that don't get solved in timely manners or efficient ways.
