      150 year old bank that is high growth, customer centric and recognized as a top performing institution. Lots of job growth opportunities and potential for community service.

      Cons

      Located in central Illinois. Other than that, can offer growth opportunities for those who perform. Pace and expectations are growing and this may not fit all work styles.
