      Pros

      Many paid holidays, decent amount of paid time off per year such as sick, personal days, and vacation days, bonus program, flexible with time needed off, medical/dental/vision/life insurance options, great 401k plan, helpful loan program for purchasing work clothes and personal computer, tuition reimbursement, bonus for employee referrals, free checking account (with free checks)

      Cons

      The current family medical insurance coverage is expensive. However it is better than in previous years.

      I enjoy the work that I do and have made friends here. I am able to keep my work/life balance and have been able to grow in my career and personal life while working here.
