Pros

Team working was excellent. I was recognised when done good job and reviewed accordingly doing the admin work thought me so much about data base and knowledge .Flexibility of working from home and flexible hours .Working overtime and the training skills .I was rewarded accordingly if you work hard.the system was user friendly and we were provided the equipment if working from home and data and given the opportunity to upskill ourselves.Doing different function everyday made me learn and understand the product everyday since I was in homeloans division.Having meeting to identify the challenges helped a lot. Dealing with customer complains made me know how to analyze the customer matter

Cons

Upgrading the systems could have been helpfully since now and then the system was slow and sometimes data finish before month end which delays me to finish matters of customers in time . Sometimes not being fair with the salary reviews.Improvement in team that we loading work for us and the system upgraded to use one system instead of opening different system to attend one matter and as a team working fair given work equaly so that we can finish in time
