A culture that encourages growth and innovation. There are internal awards that encourage employees to think out of the box. Opportunity to work with with people from various backgrounds.

Cons

This is a fast paced environment with lots of deadlines and pressure. Most young professionals or graduates struggle to adapt to this.

Pros

Its a big company so the experience is really great and they have a great culture. Its easy to move around in the company. Very flexible as well in terms of working hours but that is department dependent.

Cons

Benefits of working for a bank are not for everyone. You do not automatically get the staff rates and there is a banking fee although everyone is forced to bank with Fnb.
