The owner manager culture encourages growth and is closely aligned to the organisation's strategic objectives. Ultimately employees are given the opportunity to deliver direct value to the organisation. This results in a very strong culture of innovation within the organisation.

Cons

Recognition is lacking. Demands can be unrealistic and demotivating. Managers are strong drivers and generally lack the ability to lead employees.
