Pros

I have worked for this company since it became First Pointe Managnent Group and in the industry for 5 years. I have been offered two other management jobs, by other management companies in the last year and have been proud to turn them down because of how happy I am. This company is professional, caring, loyal, the free health benefits aren't something to complain about, and they actually listen to your concerns and needs!

Cons

The only con I can think of is that there are not more First Pointe Management properties around; because I know in time....everyone in this industry is going to want to be on our team!

I have been with this company for 5 years and have enjoyed working for the owners. I've never felt micromanaged, I promoted very fast and have learned more with this company than any other.

Cons

Being a manager it is hard to promote to anything larger as there aren't too many properties in the area.

I think that First Pointe Management Group is amazing! I have been with the parent company The Ezralow Co. for going on 6 years and wouldn't change a thing. I have gone through all the transitions from FPI Management to Riverstone Residential and I do have to say being owner Manager is way better. We recently had a conference and it was the most informative company function that I have been too in the last 6 years. One of the benefits of working with First Pointe is housing! Can I get an Amen!! Seriously being on-site does not mean that you work 24 hrs. Working/ living on-site has been one of the best experience that I have had. Not only do I get to know my neighbors, but I also get to help them!! I love the Zen desk Help Ticket!! Yes I said it, its the only way I can ensure that my work is up to the highest of standards. Everyone that I have worked with has been a positive impact on me in one way or another. To me it seems like we are more of family than a company.

Cons

I don't have any cons with the company, I believe you get what you give.
