Leadership is approachable, HR is responsive, and there’s a genuine sense that the company cares about both the personal and professional well-being of its team members. Training and development opportunities are available, and there’s a clear path for those who want to grow within the company. I’ve seen firsthand how FPMG prioritizes integrity, resident satisfaction, and employee success. It’s a great place to build a career in property management.

Company is always striving to improve. Fun upper management that engage with on site teams. Love my coworkers. Pay range is good. Medical benefits are good and include an employer fully paid option. Onboarding training is very thorough.

Cons

Constant policy and platform changes can be overwhelming.
