      Pros

      I've been working with First Pointe Management for 13 years, and it has been an incredibly rewarding experience. The company truly values its employees, offering excellent training, growth opportunities, and a supportive team environment. As a property manager, I’ve had the chance to work with amazing colleagues and residents while maintaining high-quality communities. One of the things that sets First Pointe apart is how much they appreciate their employees. The company hosts fantastic annual appreciation events, like trips to Universal Studios, which make us feel valued and celebrated. First Pointe prioritizes both customer satisfaction and employee well-being, making it a fantastic place to grow a career.

      Cons

      One thing to note is that the day after Christmas is not a paid holiday, which would be a nice addition to the benefits. However, the company does offer other great perks and appreciation events that make it a rewarding place to work.

      Compensation, sick time in excess of average, employee forward company, lots of tenured employees, fun swag, maintenance appreciation events, team building, company kick off parties, and lots of training for office staff.
