Good environment to work. Heat and air in production area. If you need it to perform you job better they will get it for you

Cons

Too much management and hard to get pay raises. Always excuse of why you didn't get the raise promised to everyone

Great company, great benefits, great coworkers. Every company has issues, and this one is no different, but the do seem to try to work on them in some areas.

Cons

Rotating shifts…only reason I would ever consider leaving this place.

Close to home Lots of time off since you are basically working 15 days a month Mostly climate controlled work areas

Cons

Management takes very little input from it employees . Management very bias on job assignments . Pay raises are very small and inadequate for today's economy . To many family members in lead positions and when it comes to job assignments and extra pay assignments it shows family taking care of other family members first. Medical plans of choice are lacking and very expensive allot not covered and allot of out of pocket costs.
