      Pros

      Benefits are okay but a little pricey. Facility is comfortable and modern. My manager is fair and tries hard to allow for creativity.

      Cons

      Upper management hinders our creativity and ideas. Communication is horrible. Advancements are minimal. Salaries are not competitive. Upper management only appreciates management for the profits and successes of the company through verbal or monetary acknowledgements. There appears to be an "I" in team!

      Pros

      Company store, benefits are ok.

      Cons

      Company seems to get rid of the talent and keep the employees who are only interested in making money and obtaining power. These same employees will stab their closest co-workers in the back if they know they can get ahead. The only way to get ahead with this company is to continuously flatter management and pretend to know what you are talking about even when there are more qualified/dedicated co-workers around.

      Friendly people below management level, decent compensation, okay job security, company invests in it's assets.

      Cons

      Lack of structure, poor communication, lack of sharing key information needed to be successful due to being privately owned, management team only cares about their own success/looking good for ownership, lack of respect for the employees who are 'in the trenches', references everything as 'the first quality way' so that they can avoid making improvements to processes.
