Pros

Ownership is very involved and understand the operations very well. They are extremely good in understanding there business. I have been very impressed how multiple generations of family is keeping it together. Business & technology Investment is best in the world. Great potential and growing company

Cons

How much can ownership family do? Third level management is ineffective, bunch of yes men, with no vision, no creativity and no knowledge. Its worst in some areas than others. Benefits and growth is very limited.

Pros

8 hour / 5 day position. I have nothing but positive things to say about this company. I deal with peers, my immediate superior and his/her peers, and directly with some at the level of director. This spans several departments and several facilities. All are passionate and VERY good at what they do. Ideas and insight into your niche within the company are not only tolerated by superiors, but solicited and implemented. Another review noted that there is no structure for advancement. I cannot speak to the production side other than to say that I know coworkers in that world and they are working at a higher level than that at which they started after showing integrity and ambition. In my office setting, there is no structure for advancement on paper. How could there be? With a company this size, you have entry level employees and seasoned employees with the same title reporting to the same manager. You do not have "staff, associates, seniors," etc. at all levels. That being said, the company's size allows for exposure up to management immediately below ownership. Nobody else does your role for your set of items-- you are the authority on a piece of the business. If you have not advanced within the company after some time of exposure to your manager and his or her superior(s), you have not put your best foot forward. I will also not be listing the size of the company as a negative. They are small enough that you aren't a number but are still a huge international player. You are constantly challenged with one-off fires, and your effort to help resolve is recognized.

Cons

I cannot think of any day-to-day negatives. Nobody at at company goes a month without a single headache, but learn from it and move on.
