      Pros

      This company notoriously pays well and does it's best to promote from within. Contract workers usually have a good shot at being made permanent within 2 years.

      Cons

      Young company that overpays their employees which makes it difficult to find another comparable job that will pay anywhere close to what they pay. Management is scattered and disorganized. Does not know how to properly communicate.

      Pros

      Demonstrated commitment to safety of employees as well as environment. Very clean work area for a factory environment. Supervisors were supportive of staff and would touch base several times during shift, as well as assisted with production line tasks as needed.

      Cons

      Some physically demanding jobs not congruent for the rate of pay provided. I did not become accustomed to the 12-hour work day, though many found favor with working ½ of the calendar year. Not able to accrue vacation time quickly, only 7 days per year, with no ability to negotiate more time. Job security is a concern.
