      Pros

      Some groups are phenomenal. Really friendly work environment and supporting management. Lots of learning opportunities.

      Cons

      Some groups and managers are outright hostile and make life of their employees miserable. Too much politics affecting the morale.

      Pros

      It's a good place to work with a great esprit-de-corps. The fundamental goal is to deliver clean, sustainable energy to the world. In general, most people who work there want to do the work with minimal fuss and fighting, which is pretty rare. It's a good group of competent people and overall a fun workplace.

      Cons

      Like every other workplace, there are internal politics. This, however, is fairly easy to spot and avoid. The whole solar industry is new, so the churn is reflected in the workplace as well. There is never a dull moment, but most people are used to it and take it in stride.
