First solar compensates its employees very well. People within your team are always willing to help. Always opportunities to learn something new or expand your current knowledge.

Cons

The workload is just too much with no end in sight. This makes it difficult to maintain a good work/life balance, especially since some people continue to work through the weekend. Atmosphere can get pretty competitive.
