      Good company - with caveats

      Pros

      Great mission. The people around the enterprise are generally there for the mission and values and all work very hard. It's very fast paced, which can be good for some people but may alienate others.

      Cons

      Volatile change situation - Change often comes at the expense of creating a positive culture, and not including the large employee population to share their thoughts and rationale when implementing large, organization wide change initiatives leading to burnout. Many employees in corporate and senior leadership positions are fearful for their jobs due to multiple, org restructures happening back to back in a less than 12-month period.

      Pros

      - Holiday parties with free lunch. - Places a lot of emphasis on safety which is important.

      Cons

      - Management does a poor job at managing, probably because they are over worked and trying to do too many jobs. - Extreme micro management. Spoon feed permission and instructions to employees. Don't expect any degree of independence to perform your own job. Be expect to b treated like an incompetent. - Rate is $25 an hour for drivers, $5 less than you will find at public sector roles doing the same thing.
