Poor management Drivers and monitors are referred to DCF when the let kids off bus when parents aren't there to get the kids off the bus No support No communication

No room to grow, company hires external candidates over internal candidates, especially in management positions. Constant turn over, upper manager does not care about employees, so it trickles down to all staff and sets a bad culture. They do not value employees' company loyalty. No job security due to company poor management.
