Long time organization with high tech connections. Seem to be customer focused. Large national footprint which allows the organization to capture new customers fairly easily.

Cons

Tops down leadership structure. There are limited individual decision making and flexibility options to employees. With the conversions to a tops down organization there is a lack of real open communication.

Pros

Great benefits, job stability - not going to get fired unless you really screw up. Lots of locations around west coast so you can transfer if you wanted.

Cons

Everyone is forced to work every Saturday - no rotating or anything. Even in branches where no one comes in on Saturdays. Bonus structure could be better - customer surveys rank higher than amount of loan dollars brought in, etc...

Personal banking, high net worth clients, great banking products, great competitive rates, management is friendly and CEO is humble. One of the best credit unions in the U.S. Customer service oriented financial institution. Ethical underwriters guidelines.

Cons

There are limitations to the positions available in branches. Financial Solutions Representatives are not licensed like Chase personal banker 2's.
