Friendly environment, Great Benefits fully paid, Interacting with a mostly positive member base. Free financial advice.

Cons

Working every Saturday with no rotation, Little to no advancement oppourtunities, bonuses they find ways not to give, Employee focus. Very repetative, almost feels like an assembly line on teller row.

This bank is a community based bank. and managed very well. I have been injoining what I am doing there. It is an excellent work invironment.

Cons

To be honest I have nothing to complain about this company. If there is thing to be mentioned, its flexcebility to its employees.
