      The 2% off on your mortgage

      Cons

      Manager will use your 2% and push you over the edge until your mental health dies. Tries to be nice to you act as if you’re their friend but really doesn’t care. Even if you over perform it’s not enough. They will say “you know your lucky you have a job cause in this economy no one is employing people” scare you use you. Don’t recommend

      Pros

      Most positions are hybrid. Engaged with the community. Lots of volunteer, and engagement activities.

      Cons

      Pay is very low, and the benefits don't make up for what you aren't getting paid. The Customer Service is also sales which is not a good blend.
