Things are falling apart

Pros

Immediate teammates are incredible and so great to work with, Immediate manager is the best manager I have ever had.

Cons

Executive leadership shows little interest in addressing genuine concerns from front line employees. Incentive plan haphazardly designed and extremely poorly executed resulting in massive loss of opportunity for bonus. Cliques and favoritism are rampant. Disrespectful treatment of certain XC Managers by upper management is the norm with zero accountability. Upper management almost never recognizes good performance but are quick to feign passive-aggressive condemnation of even the smallest of mistakes.

Sales Focused Only for Being a Credit Union

Pros

Once you hit your metric, the bonus can be nice as they happened quarterly.

Cons

The managers are sales focused only as they're trying to collect their bonuses as well. Everyone says that we should think about the member however they're the ones forcing you to shove credit cards or lines of credit down the members throats that dont want them.
