Not to be dramatic but I sincerely can't think of any.

Cons

If you want to be respected as a human being, then work anywhere else. I can't speak for every FW but where I worked, I had to deal with selfish co-workers who only cared about themselves and their own tips; I also had to deal with not being able to eat a single bite of food from the moment you walked into the restaurant to the moment I left (normally about 9 hours). I also had to secretly take water breaks otherwise I would be yelled at if I was caught taking even a 30-second water break.
