Use employee and after project completion just terminate them...its a cheap and third class mentality of Firstcry management team from CEO to Team leads.
Strategy of Firstcry company in IT- They have their own applications web site and mobile applications.For completion of project at initial level they hire people in bulk quantity and after completion of project or stable application they fired people without any notice or reason. If u have major responsibility still they do not think about his/her hike or job.
