      Pros

      Great money, especially when you get some overtime.

      Cons

      Small-minded people with unethical moves in the management. A lot of small chit-chats everywhere in the office. If you like daily drama, then you would love it. Downtime you absolutely do nothing but sit on the chair. A very small amount of movement time out of your desk. Eat your food at your desk while working. Management has their favorites so you better be a sucker cupper.

      Benefits are good. The employees are friendly and are always willing to help if needed.

      Cons

      Understaffed. Lack of resources when starting out. Leadership doesn't understand what our job entails and create scenarios that makes life more difficult.
