      Pros

      When it was remote, great training, good pay, union benefits. Fast up training as long as you meet your numbers. Good direct management communication. Fast teams response when needed on calls

      Cons

      Return to office enforced, non stop calls with strict KPI. Overtime hours everyday. Working overtime tied to performance. On call is worked for regular calls and not just storm outages
