      Pros

      work life balance bonus structure team encouragement and support Remote/hybrid work options benefits for fulltime employees

      Cons

      The work load seemed to be a bit much for the field team and we got the stress from new residents. Bonuses would sometimes not be paid out. We were also told we saved the company 2 million dollars but they rewarded us by sending door dash.

      Pros

      Good starting pay, good benefits, a lot of great team members

      Cons

      Company has difficulty properly scaling their staff pretty much across all departments. Superintendents have very poor work/life balance, leadership will empathize to a point but ultimately metrics will always supersede your personal well being.

      Work was extremely boring Supervisors were not engaged No job advancement No culture in the company Very high turnover Very long hours - unpaid overtime
