We are actually in the process of rolling out Management Training through our L&D team to the entire organization, our Corporate Office as well as our Market Offices. We saw areas for improvement and want to make sure all of our employees are being afforded the proper leadership. With our change in leadership in a lot of the corporate functions, we are excited for the new direction FirstKey is headed.

      Pros

      You feel welcome from day one, they have a great onboarding program in place so you will be ready to hit the floor running. Fantastic benefits and vacation package. Everyone collaborates to achieve the goals and build each other up.

      Every Employer Has Their Pro's and Con's. Overall, FKH has made great strides over the last 12-months.

      -Amazing team -New Corporate Leadership -Extended Benefits including maternity/paternity leave, pet insurance, etc -Growth opportunity -Amply compensated -Flexible work schedule -Currently, we are in a primarily remote environment

      Cons

      -Central Ops and a large portion of Accounting outsourced effective 2021 -Potential for long hours -There are a couple of manager's that have bullied themselves into promotions and continue to bully their teams and co-workers. IMHO, this contributes to a toxic work environment.
