Pros

Supportive, approachable, welcoming, friendly, driven, understanding and genuinely care. Many opportunities for growth and career development; fostering a collaborative environment. You can go anywhere, and they will help you get there. Side note: full time employees get two 15-minute breaks instead of the required by law, 10-minute breaks.

Cons

Raises are usually only kept at CPI vs CPI and performance. I think FSR should match 40% of first 10% not 6% for 401k.

Pros

Its a decent place to work at if you want a relaxing place to make an easy 1.1K every 2 weeks. Also depending on where you work at, your coworkers are either great or not so much.

Cons

There isn't really any way to make overtime pay in this company. Overtime is sorta frowned upon and they try to not go over40 hours a week or 80 every 2 weeks. Also, not a great company to try and move up the ladder in.
