Pros

The incredible people I get to work with not only within my own team but across departments you just don't get everywhere. The ability to speak up! The fact that leadership actually takes the time to listen and is invested in your own career growth.

Cons

Not one thing I can think of. I am a huge believer in taking accountability and owning things. You are in control of yourself, no one else. Sure, ALL jobs have their good days and bad days - that's life, but to work in an atmosphere that is inclusive, mindful and working with people that also work towards holding themselves accountable every day, is priceless.

Pros

Culture, Teamwork, Training, Support, Positive Attitudes, Forward Thinking, People First, Do the Right Thing - If you identify with these values then this is where you need to be. I came back to FirstService because the competition promised the world, but they could not deliver on a single value.

Cons

I can't think of any.
