      Pros

      There is a lot of internal movement within the company. There is definitely growth opportunity here. It’s a very stable industry.

      Cons

      The company has an inexperienced and naive leadership team. The company doen’t invest in technology to support operations, HR, accounting, or IT. Communication at this company is poor. There are unethical practices that are allowed by executives to appease the clients.

      There really were no pros. Management was terrible and the environment was unprofessional.

      Cons

      No training, expected to know everything without any help. 4 properties for 1 person is too much and the turnover for this position is very high. Awful benefits package.

      Pros

      Excellent benefits, lots of activities that help bring employees together.

      Cons

      No loyalty to employees by my Team Leader and who have busted their rump to maintain a building in the portfolio, if it means they have to scapegoat you to make it look like they lost the account because of you, when all along, the coop board wanted to change management companies before you even started at the building. They couldn't even give me a valid reason why they let me go. So that was the reason. That was confirmed by a coworker. Salary "increase" at new year amounted to 50 cents more an hour before taxes. Insulting, to say the least.
