Pros

A national company that is growing rapidly. Branches are located throughout the country. Intentions for management strategy are well meaning, however poorly executed.

Cons

Management model does not consider local realities with regard to budgets and staffing. Compensation and benefits well below industry standard.

Pros

Zero - if there are any slight pros, the cons outweigh them tenfold.

Cons

Horrible executive leadership - looks good on the surface, but reality is there is no leadership. A group of guys that don't like each other, talk about each other, make decisions and then can't stick to them Politics galore Sweat Shop Environment for accounting and HR folks Not what you know, who you know and even then it's not pretty Florida Region is by far the worst, but overall the company is disorganized and lacks strategic vision Behind market in pay Benefit prices for family coverage are outrageous Grew by acquisition so too many different cultures and no collaboration

Pros

Nice office, all digital work environment, work from home Fridays.

Cons

-Nepotism hires, hiring managers hiring unqualified friends. -Instances of HR speaking down to lower level employees. -Dismissive upper management. -Incompetent financial and accounting department, little to no financial back office assistance to property managers - BE ADVISED: accounting and financial department are data entry employees and are incapable of doing any work that requires thinking. You will be required to perform ALL financial, accounting, auditing, budgeting work, etc. and you will not be able to speak with anyone in the financial office, per their policy. -Do not expect to receive expected back office support to be a successful property manager with this company. -No assistants to property managers -Constant policy changes to benefit upper management while placing the burden on employees and property managers, while they call it "evolving". -Prejudice upper management and hiring team. -If you are applying for their CSS/RSS job roles, you will be required to close out 6-10 tickets per hour, otherwise you will be written up with performance issues. -This is one of those companies that like to use the "one team" motto to make it feel like a "family".
