They are outsourcing 90% to India by end 2025

Pros

Pros are anyone who is not a Director or Team Leader are very solid people

Cons

They are going to outsource AP and AR and Accounting by end of 2025. People yell at each other, talk over each other, hang up on you. The team leaders and market presidents are the laziest i've ever worked with. the directors and vps are so out of their realm. Over promise and under deliver

Pros

There are no good reasons working here; the toxicity and culture is horrible. Do not work for this company- use your time and find a job somewhere where your work will be appreciated and you will be valued- this company cares not about anyone. There lies and deceptions will get you nowhere.

Cons

There is no means of addressing and sharing concerns for them to be handled professionally instead the management gossip and scrutinize the employee
