Pros

Working on the Maryland side

Cons

Working with their Fairfax team. Upper Management can't even keep their own head on straight. This company stole overtime charges from me. Instead of getting support from upper Management, they're slowing you down because you constantly have to loop them in and catch them up. They're stretched so thin and they hate their lives as a result so they act like punks to the people who work their tails off for them. This creates a vicious cycle of people leaving the company, middle management acting like they weren't the problem, and them spending a couple of months blaming the person who left rather than looking in the mirror. Rinse and repeat. Benefits are garbage too, only better than one company in our industry.

Pros

The only "pro" is that they are a large company and keep acquiring other PM companies so there is limited competition in larger markets.

Cons

This company is all over social media and attends industry functions marketing itself as having a great culture and full of resources. They put the cult in culture. You could be a poor performer but if you are a cheerleader for the company, you will be protected. The initial training/onboarding is limited to learning about how to sell their ancillary services. Any training for your actual job is via taking online courses through their "university" or on-the-job. My supervisor had to create their own resources. There is no support from leadership despite what they say. Leadership will lie to you and don't like to respond in writing.
