Pros

There are no pros I could not stand working here. My mental health from this job was I cannot even speak on it, it was bad.

Cons

Favoritism big time, no work life balance, disorganized, managers not willing to train or have you trained properly.property managers lie , a lot of things are outdated , too many cliques.its like high-school

Business Outlook

Pros

Great time off schedule for managers. Up to date technology. Great company branding and presence.

Cons

Company model of shifting support department duties back onto the CAM. No company loyalty to employees. Long Term Senior employees discounted and phased out in lieu of newer less experienced employees. Presumedly for lower salary expectations. Executives do not exemplify the company core values they expect the staff to represent.

Business Outlook

Pros

• New VP in my region who is supportive, available, kind and genuinely wants everyone to succeed • Generous PTO • Generous Car and Phone allowance for Regional Directors • Nice properties • Understandable of work/life balance

Cons

• Too many people and too many departments. Creates confusion and too many mistakes having so many hands in one pot. • Too many Team meetings that could be emails • Onboarding process does not provide much training unless you seek it out yourself • Sometimes difficult to get a response from certain departments when you need assistance
