Continual turn over in employees Terrible morale Favoritism number one concern is google ratings: spur managers through contests to call and ask suppliers for ratings, and employees to do positive reviews to raise their terrible rating It all about numbers with this company and that includes employees

Pros

You belong to the residential community with the residents(owners/tenants) if you take the initiative to be part of the family!

Cons

No control over apparent change of strata property management company, decided by the strata council, employee will be replaced even if you are not the definite source to be blamed at. Rapid, aggressive expansion of management of strata building portfolios which leads to lack of resource for front-line employees career development/movement.
