      Just not a good company...it exploits both workers and condo residents that use their service

      Pros

      Most of the fellow cleaners and security staff are good people; and honest workers

      Cons

      Low pay which is often shorted, the cleaners are treated like second class citizens (not invited to staff events), have to deal with angry residents because the company refuses to do any repairs, scheduling is all over the place, called in on scheduled days off, have to work holidays due to an exemption in the labor code

      Great employees and team to work with

      Cons

      Management is horrible, was promised a raise and didnt get it for a a full year and a half. Management will also ignore you when you ask questions and will only reply when convenient for them

      Pros

      Depending on the site you are working as a concierge there might be better perks and the team you are working with.

      Cons

      Low salary, on the graveyard shift, is not allowed to take a break, they did not provide the proper training for the VCC systems. or alarm panel, a very quick tour over the building and that's it.
