working from home was nice

Cons

Mistreatment by HR and management, support is unreliable and often unresponsive, systems often freeze and crash, pay is not enough given how aggressive the callers are

Good pay but expect A LOT

Pros

-Good pay and health benefits -Do not micromanage

Cons

-vacation/time off -tons of virtual “classes”, some even unrelated to your actual job, but barely any in person training on your actual property -expected to do an unreasonable amount of admin/paperwork on top of the HUGE workload -even if the board of directors is in the wrong the company will take their side because they don’t want to loose the management contract. For the reason I would list job security as a “con”
