Pros

Responding to all incoming/outgoing telephone calls, faxing, report generation, and filing. Demonstrating excellent communication skills, having a pleasant personality and love interacting with people. Offering individualized attention while creating a welcoming atmosphere Responding and assisting residents to unusual or unexpected requests, Communicating with executive management

Cons

No consistent with hours I was working nights some days, and mornings other days

Cons

This company hired me and HR sent a congratulatory message, in addition to verbal confirmation of my job offer from a regional manager. Several days later, I was informed that they had "no option" but to "give the position to an internal employee, as we needed to save her behind". Verbatim. They then promised up and down to find me another position within the company to make up for this. That didn't happen. I was continually fobbed off and ignored when I reached out. I had ceased my job search and turned down a great job for them, only to be treated this way. Absolutely disgraceful.

They have good jobs

Looks great on your resume if you want to work in real estate Corporate has a great company culture A lot of opportunities to grow Lots of corporate company events

Cons

The pay was low compared to the industry standard Very rigid standards The turnover rate for mid-level employees is pretty high
